Refund Policy

We gladly accept returns and issue refunds within 7 days of purchase if merchandise is unopened and still in its original condition and packaging.

We process your refund back to your original payment method in 3-5 business days. After this timeframe, follow up with your financial institution to track your refund. We can also issue a refund in form of a gift certificate.

In a case where the product was damaged or smudged through our shipping partner, please email us at support@essygoods.com for a resolution.

Note: We do not charge restocking fees, however, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your final refund if we provide you with a shipping label.  You can always return them yourself for the full amount paid.
